We have two conference dates in October and one in March--see the school calendar for exact dates.

Conferences are scheduled with individual teachers using SignUpGenius. Typically, conferences are between parent(s)/guardian(s) and the teacher; it is optional for students to attend and participate.

Parents/guardians will receive an email approximately a week before the conference dates outlining the procedure for signing up. Three days before the conference date, parents/guardians will receive an email containing a link to the CHS SignUpGenius page. Scheduling on the CHS SignUpGenius page is then available until midnight the day before conferences. We currently hold conferences in person, with an option to meet over Zoom. If you sign up for a Zoom conference, you will receive links to each teacher's conference by email after you sign up.
